  • Two (2) recent passport sized photographs

  • Pictures of your business location and inventory

  • Two (2) character references. You may choose any two (2) of the following: Minister of Religion, Justice of the Peace (Seal to be affixed), Regions Financial Services client (conditions apply), Bank Manager.  

  • Bank statements (If applicable)

  • Income and Expense details
